I am responsible for managing and determining the vectors for development in one of the largest environmental organizations in Russia – the World Wildlife Fund (WWF Russia).
2018 – 2020 - Head of biodiversity program WWF Russia
I was responsible for the implementation of biodiversity conservation programs.
2013-2018 – Director of Sikhote-Alin Biosphere Reserve.
Under my leadership, the Sikhote-Alin Biosphere Reserve was the first in Russia and the second in the world to receive CATS certification, confirming the great importance of the territory for tiger conservation. Together with Russian and international organizations, regional and federal authorities, the reserve team implemented many projects aimed for biodiversity conservation.
1999-2013 – Worked on a different position (scientist, senior scientist, deputy director in maintenance) in Volga-Kama Biosphere Reserve. I was responsible for ensuring the main activities of the reserve: arranging conditions for work of employees, infrastructure development, etc.
