1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The present Privacy Policy for Event Organization and Participation (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) is determined by Bloom Group Company Limited (Bloom Group Ltd., PSRN 1117847609791 , registered at 191002, St. Petersburg, Fontanka River Embankment 50, lit. E, suites 1N, 2N, office 110) (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”) in accordance with the Federal Law On Personal Data No. 152-FZ dd. 27.07.2006 in order to establish the procedure for processing personal data of participants (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) of events (including workshops, conferences, congresses, forums), organized by Operator alone or together with third parties (hereinafter referred to as “Events”).
1.2. In order for Participant to participate in Operator’s Events and obtain the right to use other Operator’s services, Participant provides Operator with his personal data through Event’s website (“Site”) or by other means. Provision of Participant’s personal data to Operator shall be considered an expression of consent to the processing of personal data in the manner set out in the present Policy.
1.3. Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, which Participant can access via links provided on the Site. Relations of Participant and third parties regarding the protection of personal data provided by Participant to third parties are regulated by Participant and such third parties separately.
2. LIST OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY OPERATOR
2.1. By providing Operator with his personal data Participant gives Operator consent to process any and all personal data that Participant enters via the registration form on the Site or otherwise transmits to Operator, including, but not limited to:
2.1.1. Surname, first name, middle name, identity document details, registered address;
2.1.2. Participant’s images;
2.1.3. Occupation information: job title, name of organization where Participant works, etc.;
2.1.4. E-mail address, phone number for communication, correspondence address;
2.1.5. Surname, first name, middle name of Participant’s contact person; his phone number and e-mail address;
2.1.6. Participant’s user name and password to his Personal Account (Participant’s personal web page at the Site);
2.1.7. IP-address of Participant’s devices, cookies, information about the program through which Participant accesses the Site, time of Participant’s access to the Site and history of all Participant’s actions on the Site.
3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTIING AND PROCESSING PARTICIPANTS’ PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Operator collects and stores only the personal data necessary for ensuring Participant’s participation in Operator’s Events and granting them the right to use Operator’s other services (for conclusion and execution of agreements with Participant).
3.2. Operator processes Participant’s personal data for the following purposes:
3.2.1. Participant’s identification in order to ensure Participant’s participation in Operator’s Events, entering into agreements with Operator and provision of personalized products and other services by Operator to Participant;
3.2.2. Ensuring Participant’s safety during Operator’s Events;
3.2.3. Interaction with Participant, including sending notifications, requests, surveys, information and advertising materials related to participation in Operator’s Events and provision of access to other Operator’s services;
3.2.4. Conducting statistical, marketing and other studies using depersonalized data.
4. METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
4.1. By providing Operator with his personal data Participant gives Operator consent to process personal data in any way with or without automated tools, including, but not limited to: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, removal and deleting of Participant’s personal data.
5. TRANSFER AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. By providing Operator with his personal data Participant gives Operator consent:
5.1.1. to transfer of personal data to the Federal Protective Service of the Russian Federation (Russia, 109012, Moscow) in order to ensure security of facilities under state protection during Events;
5.1.2. to transfer of personal data to third parties acting as co-organizers of Events, to ensure Participant’s participation in Events and his informational communication with co-organizers of Events. Information on co-organizers of the Event and a link to the website of each co-organizer of the Event providing the name and address of co-organizer is displayed on the relevant Site;
5.1.3. to the disclosure and continued use of his images (including photos of Participant made during Events and videos from Events featuring Participant’s image), as provided by § 1 of Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
5.2. Dissemination on the Site as well as in printed materials and video records of the relevant Event Participant’s surname, first name, middle name, position held and name of organization where Participant currently works is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data processing.
6. METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
6.1. Operator shall take necessary and sufficient legal, organizational and technical measures to protect Participant’s personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, deleting, modification, blocking, copying, provision, disclosure or other illegal actions of third parties.
6.2. Operator’s processing of personal data is governed by the Federal Law On Personal Data No. 152-FZ dd. 27.07.2006 and current legislation of the Russian Federation regarding personal data protection.
7. DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
7.1. Operator processes Participant’s personal data during preparation and conduction of an Event and/or while Participant uses other Operator’s services; and as for cases governed by the current Russian legislation, during the term of storage of official records.
8. PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
8.1. Participant may at any time revoke the consent to the processing of personal data. To do that, Participant shall send a written withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data to Operator at the specified address. Upon receipt of such notification, Operator stops processing Participant’s personal data excluding cases where processing of personal data without consent of its subject is allowed by the legislation.
9. OTHER PROVISIONS
9.1. The present Policy is regulated and interpreted in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. All disputes arising from the present Policy or in connection with it shall be considered in state court of the Russian Federation in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.3. The present Policy has been adopted in the Russian language. For information purposes, the present Policy may be translated into English. In the event of discrepancies between the Russian and English versions of the Policy text, the Russian version shall prevail.
